I am super excited to be working with a leading operator in the events and hospitality sector, who provide premium bar and retail services at major UK venues. We are seeking a Bar & Events Supervisor to take ownership of all bar operations at this flagship site!

This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who thrives in a live event environment, knows bar service inside out, and can lead a team with energy and confidence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all setup, service, and breakdown operationsLead and motivate a team of causal staff deliver smooth, efficient serviceManage bar stock and equipment – deliveries, distribution, counts, and storageEnsure all operational processes are compliant with health & safetySupport the development and training of the bar teamAct as the main point of contact on event days

Experience:

Solid experience in high-volume bar operationsA natural leader who can manage teams under pressurePractical and hands-on approachHighly organised, detail-driven and adaptableConfident using Excel and basic admin tools
