Apprentice Business Administrator

Communicating over the telephone with clients, Providers and colleagues. Managing email inboxes. Organise and report data. Use of spreadsheets. Managing in-house computer systems. Filing, scanning and archiving documents. Answering incoming calls to the office. Dealing with post. Data entry Use of bespoke software. Preparing files and supporting Advisors & Administration Team. Any other admin duties as requested.

Training:

You will be completing your Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with Woodspeen Training.



Training Outcome:

The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
