Customer Service Apprentice
Working across all retail and catering service areas within the College environment. Serving customers in the College Shop, Starbucks and Food Hall
Serve customer on the tills in a confident and friendly manner
Produce and serve drinks to brand standards
Replenish and manage stock and ensure all out of date products are removed from sale
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and storage areas
To follow Health & Safety, Food Safety & COSH guidelines at all times reporting any concerns or incidents to the shop supervisor or Group Catering Manager
Develop knowledge of products including new lines and offers, and to share that knowledge with customers and other colleagues in a confident manner
Any other duties as required by the Shop Supervisor and Group Catering Manager
Training:
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard

You will spend 1 day a week at Newcastle College for your training
Training Outcome:
Completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
