Apprentice Manual & CNC Machinist
Reporting to the Director
Duties will include:
Manually machine components to engineering specifications:
To include CNC milling, turning and general hand fitting
Work to quality standards required for the components
Work alongside skilled machinists to acquire knowledge and skills associated with the demands of the role
Respond quickly to changing demands - customer order deadlines
Ensure you adhere to stringent health & safety regulations and constraints
Attend Sheffield College - Advanced Technology Centre 1 day per week in term time
Training:
Machining Technician Level 3 - Apprentice Standard Machinist pathway including end point assessment 1 day per week at Advanced Technology Centre (Olive Grove) for one day per week in term time
Training Outcome:
Excellent prospect to continue into sustained employment with enhanced training and work experience opportunities with a growing company.

We currently possess over 15 different machines, covering a wide array of engineering requirements: 4/5 Axis Milling, 3D/2D machining, CNC/Manual Turning, 3 Axis CNC/Manual Milling.
Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 7.30am - 4.30pm. Friday, 7.30am - 12.30pm. 30 mins lunch.
