Welcome children in with a smile and a hug, offer them breakfast and comfort them if they’re upset Set up age-appropriate activities that your team will help you plan Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Learn how to work collaboratively with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs Learn to observe and assess children’s play and behaviour so that any areas of concern can be identified Learn how to accurately record the children’s activities and progress to track their development Learn about and follow safeguarding and health and safety guidelines

Training:
Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Apprentices must successfully complete the Apprentices must successfully complete a first aid qualification in line with the requirements of the EYFS Framework 

Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed

 

Training Outcome:
For the successful candidate there is the possibility of ongoing employment upon completion of the relevant qualification

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, Shifts to be be confirmed between 7.30am to 6.00pm
