Assist in production process Learn equipment operation Support quality control Assist in all Health & Safety procedures Support & learn from design engineers Support to Supply chain. Attend Calderdale College on day release basis and work towards the “Engineering Technician level 3 apprenticeship” which includes an “Engineering In Textiles” module Some international travel possible if involved with installation and commissioning of products at customer sites

Training Outcome:
Excellent - we generally recruit from within the company Many senior roles are currently filled by staff who are likely to retire soon Could progress to Production, Technical sales or Engineering role
