Administration Assistant Apprentice

The role is busy and varied.
Candidates will be required to answer calls in a professional manner, respond to emails, problem solve, provide a friendly service and be able to work as part of a team or alone when required.

Duties include but not liimited to :

Answering phones Responding to emails liaising with physiotherapists Greeting patents within the clinic Booking appointments via telephone Working through our online systems to make sure all tasks are completed liaising with insurance companies 

Training:
Level 2 Customer Service Standard  Functional Skills in maths (If required) Functional Skills in English  (If required) Monthly online teaching sessions with workbased assessment

Training Outcome:
Full apprenticeship with the potential full-time job offer at the end

Employer Description:
Established in 2008 Offering quality assessments, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. We help many patients sent to our specialist clinicians from GP’s and medical consultations as well as self-referrals. We have 15 clinics around the country however the administration team are based within our Dinnington practice. We are a small friendly team and we are looking for an apprentice to join our growing company.

Working Hours :
Alternating between 9-5 and 10:30-6:30, working one in every three Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm. A Friday off every 6 weeks. Days TBC.
