Bar and Waiting Apprentice

We're on the lookout for new Apprentice Team Members to join our team! Make a name for yourself in our front of house team. 

Duties include:

Carry out activities with consideration of their cost and value Ensure each stage of food and beverage service meets business / brand standard Perform basic cleaning, washing up, food processing, preparation plus more

You'll be part of a team delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more. Plus, within a social and lively environment, you'll get to have a laugh along the way.

Training:
Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required) Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date

Training Outcome:
Marston's offers ongoing training and support and actively encourages their employees to progress Progression from this apprenticeship is expected to be onto a hospitality supervisory or team-leading role

Working Hours :
Minimum 25 hours per week. Shift work including evenings and weekends, exact shifts to be confirmed
