Insightecs Int Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic account specialist to join our dynamic team. As an account specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our products and services Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to make a purchase Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers Answer customer questions and address any concerns or complaints Record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the company database Achieve sales goals and targets set by the company Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business

Training:

Sales Executive (Level 4) Apprenticeship Standard Qualification:

Functional Skills in maths and English provided (if required) Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP)
