Sales & Recruitment Apprenticeship - Excellent career potential

·          Using a variety Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

·          Using Canva and other creative packages.

·          Use of online platforms to source applicants for vacancies

·          Telephone screening candidates after training.

·          Developing job specifications, preparing job advertisements

·          Shortlist candidates on the telephone initially to determine suitability

·          Interviewing candidates / booking interviews.

·          Answering incoming calls and using company database

·          Building a good working relationship with colleagues

·          Supporting the business, where required

·          Social media updates and promotion of the companies achievements

Training:

·        Recruitment Resourcer level 2 NVQ & Certificate

·        End Point Assessment 

Math's and English functional skills if required which will be delivered via online training sessions for 1 hour per week

Training Outcome:

Possible progression onto Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship

Applicants for this vacancy need to be aware that a strong personality and tenacity to achieve results is needed to be successful within the recruitment sector. If you are not confident speaking with new people or do not feel this is a skill that can quickly be developed this may not be the best role for you.

Working Hours :
38 hours to be worked between 9am – 6pm hours (Flexible on hours, to be agreed with the successful candidate)
