Are you an experienced cafe manager ready to take the next step into a new challenge? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing coffee and cake concept that’s expanding to 10 new sites this year. This is a first-time appointment for the role, giving you the chance to shape the operations and growth strategy from the ground up!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Cafe or Operations Manager, ideally from a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong leadership skills and an ability to develop teams and drive performanceA hands-on approach to operations, ensuring high standards and exceptional serviceExcellent knowledge of P&L management, KPIs, and overseeing multiple sitesA passion for coffee, cakes, and customer satisfaction with a forward-thinking mindset
