Executive Chef - Chinese Cuisine

We are currently recruiting a Chinese Executive Chef for a hospitality group based in London, with operations across Europe and beyond. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented chef who specializes in authentic Chinese cuisine, while also staying ahead of food trends and driving culinary innovation.

The ideal Executive Chef will be fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to confidently communicate with both guests and kitchen staff. Proficiency in Thai and Korean is also highly desirable.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are essential for menu development, costing, and documentation. This role also offers the exciting opportunity to travel extensively across Europe, making it a rewarding position for a passionate and experienced Chinese Executive Chef.

Executive Chef requirements:

Proven experience as a Chinese Executive Chef within restaurants, contract catering or similar environment.   Commitment and longevity within previous roles are essential.Excellent kitchen administration understanding and great leadership.
