Restaurant Manager
RESTAURANT MANAGER - ABU DHABI
We have been retained by an international client, that are looking to strengthen their team by adding a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be resonsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant.
We are looking for someone with high energy and great personality!
Responsibilities included but nt limited to:
Maintaining safety and food quality standardsKeeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaintsOrganizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours and recording payroll dataDealing with suppliers for ordering of stockSupervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operationsControlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut wasteAppraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance
Ideal candidate:
3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevantAbility to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment Able to multi task and handly mutiple situations at once Be a leader and motivator in the restaurant Knowledge of restaurant management softwareFinancial acumen Inventory managment skillsExcellent communication skills
Salary package: AED12K + live out allowance, incentives on KPIs and Service charges
