Assist with Documentation:
Help prepare and review basic ocean freight import documents, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, delivery orders, and invoices
Ensure all required paperwork is accurate and filed correctly under the guidance of senior team members
Support Customs Clearance:
Assist in coordinating with customs brokers to ensure goods are cleared efficiently
Learn the import regulations and documentation required for smooth customs processing
Track Shipments:
Assist with monitoring and tracking the status of ocean shipments from port of origin to final destination
Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal teams as needed
Coordinate with Freight Forwarders & Carriers:
Help liaise with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and

Recordkeeping and Compliance:
