About the role:
You will be supporting a Gentleman on a 2:1 basis, the service user is Deaf and requires personal care and assistance with living activities, household tasks and meal preperation. You must be able to build strong, supportive relationships with the gentleman.
About you:
A successful candidate will have experience using British Sign Language (BSL) to communicate effectively with individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing. You will have compassion and empathy for individuals with disabilities and have a passion to support the venerable.
Pay starting from £14.00 per hour PAYE and £17.64 per hour Umbrella
Requirements for you as a Waking Night Support Worker:
Experience in British Sign Language (further training can be offered)
Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills.
Enhanced Child and Adults DBS on the update service.
Previous experience working with Complex needs.
Shift Times:
Monday - Sunday (Part time available dependant on your availability)
10pm - 8am
Full or Part time opportunities available

Support training initiatives and address corrective actions as necessary.
Establish and uphold best practice operational processes, particularly for clean rooms.
Assist Quality, Supply Chain & Manufacturing Managers to meet customer needs.
Take ownership of collating and presenting COPQ data, including yield and cycle times.

Maintain, repair installations, and optimise customer fluidpower and/or electrical equipment.
Responding to service calls and providing on-site assistance.

Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance.
