The Role of the National Sales Manager
Reporting to the CEO, the National Sales Manager's key responsibilities will be to lead, motivate, coach and develop their direct reports (7, expanding to 11 in 2024) to ensure that regional and national targets are achieved.
Products are high end skin-care.
Train and develop direct reports by providing regular support, guidance and field accompaniment time to develop their skills. Ensure sales team are planning and working appropriately in line with the sales model, CRM and process. Ensure sales team are working to their agreed priorities and achieving standards of performance set.
The National Sales Manager will have responsibility for maintaining and developing relationships with key customers.

The Ideal Person for the National Sales Manager
Experienced People Manager.
Someone from a Skincare or Aesthetics background.
Someone that can manage, coach & mentor the team.
Candidates should be well educated, preferably to a degree level.
Candidates should also be computer literate and possess analytical skills to facilitate effective management of team and business metrics.
Ability to learn the product lines and articulate this knowledge to the Sales Team, ensuring differentiation between sales knowledge and trainer knowledge.
National Sales Manager will be expected to have strong a personality and be confident in presenting scientific and clinical concepts on various levels.

The Role of the Territory Manager:
The Territory Manager's purpose in this role is to increase cardiology sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales, year on year whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share. – Mostly around electrophysiology (EP) & atrial fibrillation (AF)
You must build a network of KOLs/advocates in the Cardiology field and foster strong relationships to grow market share in the UK.
To have a comprehensive knowledge of cardiology products and procedures, including product range, technical specifications, prices, features, benefits, clinical applications and sales strategies.
Presentation of Cardiology products and services to clinicians, theatre managers and nursing staff.
Education of customers (and team members) in the practical features, benefits, handling of product, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment.
Covering the South with most of the business coming in from the London/South East region

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
Strong sales history in medical device sales - preferably devices used in cardiology/electrophysiology/atrial fibrillation.
Will also consider cardiology clinic background looking to get into a more commercial role.
Or any technical medical device sales experience
Professional skills- Sales and Territory Analysis, Budget Management, Presentation skills.
Ability to meet frequently with customers and other decision makers.
Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory.
Highly developed interpersonal, networking and influencing skills.
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.
Proven experience in managing pressure, deadlines and setbacks efficiently while maintaining commitment despite opposition.
Excellent written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong personal drive.
Full clean Driver's licence.

The Role of the Account Manager:
Selling a range of medical gases, associated equipment, engineering services & new digital cylinders and cylinder tracking systems.
Selling to estate directors/managers, facilities managers, chief pharmacists, procurement, engineering departments - All within the NHS Hospital Customer Base.
50/50 split with NB & existing business.
Dealing with nearly every department within the hospital. (Multi-channel stakeholder to be dealt with).
Some sites are taking 400-500 cylinders per week!!

The Ideal Person for the Sales Executive
To be right for this role you will have a technical understanding of concrete and understand the processes involved; be comfortable with terminology such as bleeding, plasticisers, dispersants etc.
You could be from a sales background within concrete or from a non-sales background such as a Technical Manager, a Concrete Technologist, so long as you have the commercial awareness to spot an opportunity and the confidence to ask for the order.
