Maintenance Engineer
The role of the Maintenance Engineer is to provide a full preventative and breakdown maintenance service across a wide range of production machinery & equipment. The role will also support the general building maintenance, fault finding, installation and inspection of the electrical infrastructure within company sites.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Electrical & Mechanical repair & preventative maintenance of all machinery, electrical equipment & factory services to a high standard in accordance with manufacturers specifications
- Electrical/Electronic & Mechanical fault finding and repair on all production equipment including CNC & PLC controlled machinery
- Undertaking of preventative maintenance schedules and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) related activities (where appropriate)
- Working within H&S Regulations and company procedures at all times

Person Specification
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to demonstrate previous experience of undertaking preventative maintenance, repairs and installation of electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment

Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer who is capable of working on a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning (80% refrigeration-focused) equipment including:

Starting salary will be £38,000 basic per annum with regular overtime that will see you earn anywhere from £1,000-2,000+ per month extra. They do operate an on call rota which is one in every four weeks and one night a week. This role will be covering the Dorset/Poole/Bournemouth area.
