General Administration:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including staff and client files.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-organized.
Staffing & Scheduling:
• Assist with scheduling care staff, ensuring adequate coverage for service users.
• Support the recruitment process, including organizing interviews and processing new employee documentation.
• Maintain staff training records and ensure compliance with required qualifications.
Client & Care Coordination:
• Support the care coordination team with updating care plans and documentation.
• Communicate with service users and their families to address inquiries.
• Assist in processing referrals and onboarding new clients.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
• Ensure records are maintained in line with CQC (Care Quality Commission) and GDPR requirements.
• Assist in preparing documentation for inspections and audits.
