The Role
Key purpose of the role is to support the Service Manager to develop and deliver improvement programmes, taking the lead on operational delivery.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Develop and implement standard operating procedures in line with the Service’s QMS framework and good practice. Reviewing and proposing updates to standard operating procedures to reflect changing circumstances and learning.
Responsible for managing and overseeing multiple programmes of work, ensuring delivery on time, to budget and in accordance with all relevant statutory and policy requirements.
Ensure projects and programmes are developed in accordance with procurement and financial standards and that mechanisms for contract management are adequate and appropriate.

To be considered for this role you will require Degree level qualification or equivalent experience Essential.

Delivering improvement schemes from inception to completion, preferably within a housing environment
Managing multi-disciplinary teams and working collaboratively with others to achieve service aims and meet KPI’s and targets.

Key purpose of the role is to provide technical expertise on building fire safety in particular the supervision of programme delivery to district-wide FRA work actions programmes which achieve the highest standards of fire safety,
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Supervise contractors and specialist suppliers during the delivery of FRA works action programmes ensuring comprehensive records of installation and robust handover of completed works.
Inspect work in progress and provide technical guidance and ongoing support to installers.
Undertake weekly reviews of work in progress and report overall progress against programme highlighting risks and issues with detailed mitigation.
Ensure approved quality standards are being maintained at each stage of installation and accurate records are being maintained.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require an ONC/HND in Built Environment as well as a Fire Safety qualification – Level 2 NVQ diploma – Passive Fire Protection or equivalent.
The below skills would be beneficial for the role:
Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering targets and goals within operational plans.
Previous experience of data input and maintenance of databases and/or Contact Management Systems.
A good level of computer literacy to interrogate various software packages.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £23 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
