As an apprentice mobile mechanic, you will complete services, repairs, and diagnostics at customers' homes or workplaces, offering a diverse range of experiences.
Throughout your qualification, you'll have access to a fully equipped, state-of-the-art company vehicle and complete tool kit, which will ensure you have the tools needed to succeed and grow.
Training:During your apprenticeship programme, you will complete a mix of both college learning and on-the-job training. This role will provide much more than just how to be a mechanic!
Successful candidates will be employed by the RAC and will attend college on a block basis in Enfield, working towards achieving their Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship.
The programme combines college learning with hands-on training led by experienced apprentice team leaders. You’ll enjoy variety—diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and checks—and gain confidence in making decisions on the spot. You’ll take pride in doing a quality job every time, delivering the complete peace of mind that comes from the RAC.Training Outcome:Following the successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will beoffered the opportunity to apply for full-time employment as a MobileMechanic.
