The position of Apprentice IT Solutions Technician requires a talented and enthusiastic apprentice to work under the guidance of an appointed mentor and will consist of spending time with all of the teams working for the company, to gain a full overview of the various departments in line with the apprenticeship requirements.
They will be based in Fleet Hampshire but will expected to travel to customers sites in London.
Tasks include:
Working within various teams and with variety of team members.
Developing Knowledge & skills under guidance and in line with their studies
Be instrumental in writing technical documentation under guidance and in line with their studies
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions
Identify problems under guidance and contribute towards solutions
Training:
Information communication technician
Onsite with employer, remote & classroom-based learning at Basingstoke ITEC
All training is weekly and monthly
Training Outcome:
Subject to successful completion of apprenticeship and if there are vacancies there would be potential for apprentice to be in a position to fulfil the role if desired and subject to interview
