As an Audit Trainee, you’ll dive into real projects from day one.
This is more than just a job – it’s a launchpad. You’ll:
Support audit fieldwork by reviewing financial documents such as invoices, bank statements, and payroll reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
Engage with clients to understand their systems and processes, attend year-end stocktakes, and contribute to audit testing and reporting in small teams.
Deliver high-quality work by managing deadlines, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with your team to meet client expectations.
You’ll be supported every step of the way – by peers, mentors, and even our Partners. Main Purpose of the Job (general tasks):
Manage corporate documentation, documentation libraries, and document control procedures
Liaison with DXB HQ for dGOM distribution and communication to the UK team
Leading participant during ISAGO audits and audits conducted by external regulators and customer airlines
Management of the dAuditor/iAuditor product in the UK
Deliver and manage audits, follow-ups, and corrective actionsactions
Training:A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your apprenticeship (14 - 18 months including endpoint assessment). Topics covered include –

Support incoming inspection of components and raw materials for conformance to specifications.
Document quality control activities and inspection results accurately.
Help investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, including inspection procedures and work instructions.
Learn and apply IPC-A-610 and other relevant quality standards in PCBA manufacturing.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Support with Diagnosing faults, to return parts to the customer specification.
Assist in the inspection and testing of PCBA products.
Support with onsite audits.
Training:Training will be provided with Hartlepool College of Further Education and will be on a day-release basis.Training Outcome:
