The Role:
As a TIG welder, you will execute TIG welding on turbine blades, rotors, and other parts using various materials.
Training will be provided to the potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
? Interpret technical drawings and procedures for precise welding.
? Operate TIG welding equipment to achieve optimal performance.
? Inspect welds to ensure compliance with standards.
? Prepare and form welds using hand and air tools.
? Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
? Promote and adhere to safe working practices.
? Travel internationally as needed for project completion.
Requirements:
? Previously worked as a TIG Welder or in a similar role.
? NVQ / City & Guilds in welding & fabrication or equivalent experience.
? TIG welding experience, preferably in the power or aerospace industries.
? Flexibility for international travel.
? Valid UK driving licence.

This is a nursing and residential care home which provides high-quality nursing, residential and dementia care to residents across the West Midlands
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**
As a Nurse your key duties include:
Monitoring standards of care delivered to our residents
Ensuring all Night staff on your shift contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home
Ensuring resident needs are being met by interacting with them, resolving any problems where appropriate
Reporting any ill-health amongst residents and making requests for GP/Professional visits when needed
Preparing, updating and evaluating Resident Care Plans
General Nursing work and personal care as appropriate
Administering prescribed medication and maintaining the necessary records as per Company guidelines
Supporting the Registered Manager with auditing Care Plan documentation to ensure best practice
Advising the Registered Manager of any incidents/accidents
Ensuring there is a clear and concise handover at every shift
Complete supervisions and appraisals to ensure best practice is adhered to
Assist the Registered Manager with the responses to Provider audits in a timely manner
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Good Nursing Experience
Excellent Clinical Skills
Able to write Care Plans
Show empathy and warmth
Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc
Effective team leader and role model
Knowledge to make research based decisions regarding nursing care needs
A flexible approach to working hours
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £21.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £48,048 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
