About you
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with children looked after procedures as well as in a children’s frontline team. Filing - Ensuring all paperwork is filed
Customer calls - Making calls to customers updating them with the status of the job
General office tasks
Other duties may include data analytics, inclusion in project management teams, social media communication and visiting external bodies to promote the works we carry out here at Cappagh
Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths if required
Skills Coach sessions for coaching and preparation for EPA on a monthly basis, in the workplace and Teams
