Are you an experienced Lift Engineer with experience of Service / Repair / Callout / Fault finding in and around the London area? If so, read on!
We are working with a fantastic client who is looking to strengthen its team, with most of their work based within the M25
The role - Service Engineer
- Carry out Servicing / repairs / call outs, in the London area (90% central London).
- Call out rota 1 week in 3 starting 5pm Monday till 8am following Monday.
- Congestion Charge / Fuel / Parking all paid by the company, which are done via phone.
- Phone/PDA supplied for company use only.
- Full company uniform supplied including PPE.
- Stand-by money for call out week £110 additional to salary.
- Call out £70 per call weekdays, £90 weekends & Bank Holidays.
- OT will be required (We must carry out Servicing on two Saturdays during a month which is shared).
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Lift Engineer
- Minimum NVQ 3 with at least 10 years experience
- Experience carrying out repairs and servicing on Lifts and Lift equipment
- Fault finding experience on LIft equipment

What will you do?
- Monitor and enforce laws within Bromley, make enquiries and pursue action where appropriate.
- Examine reports of littering, fly tipping and dog fouling and other similar offences.

- Prepare and submit relevant cases for trial and assist legal services in presenting cases to court and attending as a witness when needed.
- Record witness statements and conduct interviews under caution when required.
- Validate and verify personal details of offenders.
- And finally, build good working relations with key investors and other agencies including the Police.

The Role of the Medical Support Technician
Predominantly working on a range of industry leading automated dispensing systems
Mostly working in hospitals and diagnostic centres
You will provide national field service support (relevant modalities) for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), equipment repairs and unscheduled call outs
Ensure that equipment downtime is minimal and that your PPM plans are continually monitored and actioned in a safe, timely manner
Conduct installations, to ensure that any work undertaken complies with the relevant manufacturers’ quality procedures
Assist engineering colleagues as the ‘second person’ on installation projects, modality installations, PPM activities and service call-outs
Provide service reports and all relevant supporting documentation to the Customer Service Team (CST) for traceability, further processing, and invoicing
Access spare part codes and service manuals to ensure product service/repair is in line with Manufacturers’ guidelines
Use Field Mobile App device/laptop to accurately record all work carried out
Keep accurate account of allocated stock & complete checks as required
Promote the highest standard of Service to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Most of the work will be around the South East London area although there will be time where you will need to travel nationally to assist in covering work loads.
