The Role of Inventory Coordinator:
Are you an inventory controller who is looking for a change? We are seeking an individual who will help to monitor stock levels by taking control of goods in and goods out.
Duties and Responsibilities for Inventory Controller:
- Reviewing stock usage.
- Managing goods in by adding stock onto the system and physically checking goods quality.
- Assisting with goods out by working from a pick list.
- Liaising with and chasing suppliers to update any due stock.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current suppliers.
- Using Epicore daily
- Review buying patterns and implement processes.
Key Requirements for Stock Coordinator:
- Previous experience of using Epicor would be an advantage.
- Has used MRP or ERP systems in a stock control or warehouse environment.
- Experience in taking ownership of the inventory control process, including goods in/goods out.
- Previous experience in maintaining relationships with suppliers
Salary/ Package for Inventory Coordinator:
- Salary: Up to £32,000 per year
- 37.5 hour week Monday-Friday (1 hr lunch)
- Overtime paid at 1.3x hourly rate Mon-Saturday, Double time Sunday

The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management including stock control, procurement and supplier relationships.
Inventory Management
Develop and implement strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise excess inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits.
Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Procurement
Source and purchase automotive parts from various suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and pricing agreements.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Analyse market trends and product availability to mitigate supply chain risks.
Stock Control
Track movement of parts, monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Coordinate with sales and operations to forecast demands and adjust inventory levels.
Implement measure to reduce stock shrinkage and identify causes of any discrepancies.
The Candidate
A proven background within an inventory, supply chain or procurement role.
Previous experience of the automotive parts industry, this could be within a motor factor or a multi franchise dealer parts operation.
A first-class understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control and procurement strategies.
The ability to negotiate and influence through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving outlook.

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead several teams including goods-in, order processing and dispatch; overseeing performance and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will oversee the warehouse facility's daily operations by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor will include, yet not be limited to;
• Set and monitor team KPIs to ensure targets are met
• Host daily meetings with the warehouse team to review priorities, address challenges, and set objectives for the day

- Familiarity with relevant software systems and tools for inventory tracking and management
- Health and safety certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification or training would be advantageous
- Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the creation, maintenance, and further development of components within the inventory management system.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Software Architect in solution discussions, contributing to the design and implementation of new features.
Engage in full-stack development, encompassing front and back-end design, unit testing, and coordination with the testing team.
Assist in troubleshooting and enhancing existing system components to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT specialist for application development) with a strong academic record.
Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, responsive design, HTML, and CSS.
Extensive experience in .NET-based software development using C# and Visual Studio.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform and SQL databases.
Passion for exploring new technologies and commitment to agile software development methodologies.
Several years of hands-on experience in software development.
Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
Demonstrated commitment and a structured approach to work.
