Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. is seeking Roofing Project Superintendents/Project Managers with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. This position requires 5-10 years experience in built-up roofing systems or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, building construction, field fabrication of metal work. Construction Project Superintendent (Hourly)
Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. is seeking Project Superintendents/Project Managers with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

5-10 years' experience in general construction, built-up roofing systems, and/or building envelope is a plus Ability to keep project records Ability to interface with owners, subcontractors, and company management Ability to travel The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33. My client, an established Engineering & Manufacturing business are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled (Electrically Biased) Maintenance Engineer to undertake Electrical & Mechanical maintenance on a range of specialist equipment, including Furnaces, injection moulding presses and shotblasting equipment.
This is a days-based role working Monday to Friday (07:30am – 16.03pm Mon-Thu & 07.30am – 12.30pm Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance, service and repair of all electrical and mechanical equipment on site, including electrical control panels, 3 phase electrics, control circuits, wax presses, shell room and furnace equipment
Assist manufacturing/production team in achieving targets and optimising machine run times
Prioritise maintenance requests and carry out planned, preventative maintenance effectively
Understand and support plant improvement projects
Liaise with contractors on site
Support the training and development of apprentices
Practice all safety and compliance requirements and encourage others to do so
Experience Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a time-served engineer with an electrical bias and excellent mechanical maintenance capabilities
Ideally you will be qualified to a minimum HNC standard and can demonstrate a good knowledge of 415V electrical skills
Mechanical and Electrical fault-finding and repair skills
Welding / Fabrication skills would be desirable
PAT testing experience/qualification
Experience of working in an Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing environment

Sales Engineer
Opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturer of electrical connectors and cable accessories as an External Sales Engineer covering the North West patch.
Dealing with largely existing customers in electrical panel builders, contractors and electrical wholesalers.
Opportunity for project sales and one off sales.
Excellent sales territory which has been well worked and hits target consistently.
£43k-£47k, £59k OTE, company car, pension, healthcare, life assurance, phone/laptop.
The new Sales Engineer will be based in the North West region.
The Ideal Person:
Sales Engineer
Experience selling an electrical product.
A technical understanding of the electrical or tooling sector.
Ideally you will have worked for a manufacturer or distributor in the electrical/electronic market.
Proven track record as an External Sales Engineer.
Experience selling to electrical panel builders, contractors or wholesalers would be an advantage.
Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline would be beneficial.
