GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Tremco's Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing division is currently searching for Operator I's at our Ashland, Ohio facility. This position starts up, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of scrap, timing and output rate a majority of the time in one of the manufacturing areas listed below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures. Produce product according to tolerances on blueprints. Perform routine measurements per quality standards. Read and interpret extrusion instructions. Maintain accurate paperwork. Correctly package and label products. Perform daily housekeeping duties: sweep, mop, chip salt, skim, and maintain 5S areas. Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards. Setup and operate various off-line and secondary equipment to include cutters, tape machines, punch press, hot box, and reeling machine.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training needed; rubber molding experience preferred.

The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed. The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus. The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Tremco's Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing division is currently searching for Operator I's at our Ashland, Ohio facility. This position starts up, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of scrap, timing and output rate a majority of the time in one of the manufacturing areas listed below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform routine measurements per quality standards. Read and interpret extrusion instructions. Maintain accurate paperwork. Correctly package and label products. Perform daily housekeeping duties: sweep, mop, chip salt, skim, and maintain 5S areas. Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards. Setup and operate various off-line and secondary equipment to include cutters, tape machines, punch press, hot box, and reeling machine.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training needed; rubber molding experience preferred.

Tremco is currently looking for a Maintenance position for our Republic Facility in Medina, OH.
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance and repair on plant manufacturing and facilities equipment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Preheats production equipment for daily startup. Performs daily conditions checks on all operating equipment. Lubricates assigned equipment according to lubrication schedule. Maintains lubricant levels for mixer seal system and strainer ram lubrication system, check pumps % daily maintain grease levels, check pumps % daily. Checks all equipment air filters on a daily basis and replaces as necessary. Checks operation of air compressor and cooling tower daily, notes problems and makes corrections as required. Check monthly with Cooling Water Treatment Technician. Checks operation of algicide feeding system daily and refills as needed. Makes repairs to facilities as needed to include plumbing, heating, and A/C. Performs minor electrical maintenance. We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
