- Practical skills and good working knowledge of precision manufacturing, CNC lathes, milling, and general Fabrication.
- Experience or knowledge of engineering software, 2D and 3D CAD, FEA, CFD, Mathcad, and MS Office, preferably using Autodesk platforms (AutoCAD, Inventor, ANSYS).

Electrical Schematic and panel layout design using CAD (preferably AutoCAD Electrical) experience. Experience in the design of programmable logic controllers (PLC) or distributed control system (DCS) based controls systems. Expertise in National Electrical Code requirements in industrial facilities and hazardous locations. Proven understanding of integrating instrumentation with data acquisition hardware.
