The Opportunity:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of an established consultancy business who are looking for an Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to develop their analytical, commercial and consulting skills, with structured training and a clear progression pathway into a Management Consultant role. Typically Monday to Thursday on client sites with Fridays working remotely.
This would be a good opportunity for an Analyst, Business Analyst, Graduate Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, Consulting Analyst, Junior Consultant, Graduate Analyst t or Trainee Analyst.
The Role:
Analyse business processes, operational data and management systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct on-site observations, process mapping and performance assessments.
Support the delivery of business transformation and operational improvement projects.
Work closely with client managers and operational teams to implement new processes and ways of working.
Build strong client relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Monitor project performance and contribute to delivering measurable, sustainable results.
Participate in structured training and development to build your consulting expertise.
The Person
Previous exposure to a business environment through employment, internships, placements or work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with people at all levels.
Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn, with a genuine desire to develop a career in consulting.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable travelling regularly to client sites across the UK.
Ideally holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car.
Degree in Science, Mathematics, Economics would be desirable.

Core Responsibilities
Recruitment
• Act as first point of contact for inbound calls
Prepare job advertisements, manage initial applicant responses and coordinate interviews and screening calls.
• Format CVs and prepare candidate applications and submission materials for consultant review.
• Maintain accurate Bullhorn records, activity notes, candidate preferences, GDPR consents and vacancy updates.
Support candidate sourcing and market mapping to support client needs
Contractor Management
• Prepare and maintain contractor assignment records and associated documentation.
• Monitor assignment start and end dates, extensions and administrative deadlines, alerting consultants to actions required.
• Coordinate contractor communications and respond to routine assignment administration enquiries.
• Support timesheet processes, chasing outstanding submissions and referring discrepancies appropriately.
• Work with consultants and colleagues to ensure onboarding requirements are completed before assignments begin.
Screening, Compliance & Onboarding
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and referencing for external clients.
• Collect and check candidate documentation, including right-to-work evidence, in line with approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate screening records, progress trackers and audit trails.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients and colleagues about outstanding checks and information.
• Handle personal and confidential information in accordance with GDPR and internal procedures.
