This role is intentionally aimed at experienced marine designers who already operate at ship scale and want to work in an environment where engineering judgement carries weight.The business operates with a small, highly experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering mechanical systems design alongside naval architecture and structures. Projects span large, complex vessels and superyachts up to ~10,000 tonnes, with work undertaken from concept through to detailed design and class approval.
