Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Will Include: Making outbound calls to construction and engineering professionals. Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and the company database. Building strong relationships with candidates across the UK and Europe. Understanding candidates’ experience, motivations and career goals. Matching suitable candidates with live vacancies. Writing job adverts and managing applications. Developing your own specialist market and candidate network. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, You Will Need: A confident, outgoing and engaging personality. A strong work ethic and genuine desire to increase your earnings. Resilience and the ability to remain positive when faced with setbacks. Good communication skills and the confidence to speak with people at all levels. A competitive attitude and motivation to achieve targets. The ability to work from our London office. Previous sales, hospitality, customer service or phone-based experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
