Identifying prospective clients and growing your specialist market through solution-focused outbound sales Consulting with clients to understand their business objectives, workforce challenges and project requirements Building influential relationships with senior stakeholders and specialist STEM professionals Identifying, engaging and assessing specialist professionals for business-critical opportunities Creating and presenting tailored commercial proposals, from critical hires and retained assignments to multi-hire and full project delivery Managing the full consultancy process, from diagnosing the initial requirement through to successful delivery and ongoing partnership Managing personalised KPIs, revenue targets and your own developing business pipeline Taking ownership of your career progression and earning potential What are we offering you?
