We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager / Warehouse Manager / Depot Manager to oversee and execute daily activities in either Inbound (receiving, put away/replenishment) or Outbound (pick, pack, and ship) operations within Branch / Distribution site. This role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
As the Branch Manager / Warehouse Manager / Depot Manager, you will play a key role in training, scheduling, and leading the team. You will also be responsible for implementing best practices in Health and Safety compliance and ensuring all employees operate with a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Ideal Location: Witham, Essex, Chelmsford, Colchester, Braintree, Halstead, Maldon, Coggeshall

Main duties and responsibilities after training:
Work with our onboarding team to assist them with setting up new customers onto our software platforms using a variety of methods including using excel spreadsheets, Outlook, MS Teams, our internal software and using the telephone
Undertake project based work relating to improving the customer experience and helping to identify gaps in our service
Provide support for our customers on all of our products re: software issues and operational support
Logging all helpdesk interactions and keeping customers informed at all times of progress (via telephone or email)
Logging bugs & issues on DevOpps and escalating any issues to the relevant departments
Assisting with setting up our board room for any meetings or training and arranging refreshments when required
