The Role:
As a HGV Workshop Supervisor, you will manage daily operations for heavy goods vehicle dismantling, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee quality checks stock, check, distribution, and site cleanliness.
* Maintain positive customer interactions.
* Ensure accurate pricing and timely invoicing.
* Manage waste removal and disposal.
* Complete necessary documentation and records.
* Supervise safe loading of export/bulk orders, ensuring proper invoice attachment.
* Coordinate outbound orders and workshop sales.
* Follow up on marketing leads.
* Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Foreman or in a similar role.
* Strong mechanical knowledge of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV's)

* Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
* Previous HGV dismantling experience would be preferred.
* Knowledge of de-pollution processes and health and safety regulations would be preferred.

Assistant Service Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining profitability
- Efficient use of Service Engineers
- Deputise for the Depot Manager when away
- Feedback any important customer information to the Company
- Answer all in-coming calls efficiently, present a professional image and portray a polite and courteous manner at all times
- Responsible for ensuring the customer is kept fully updated regarding machine repair work and/or additional work requirements
- Ensure all machines are PDId and repaired to a high standard prior to being dispatched to the customer
