Distributor COOP, Rebate and Commission Program Management: Coordinate and partner with segment sales managers and MRT senior executives to manage the distributor programs for Marine segment and NBD for individual distributor and non-direct buy customer buying programs, coop agreements, loyalty growth, rebate programs and commission payments. Job Description Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in London for a Chief Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis. The postholder will manage the closure of accounts team ensuring the accounts and related notes are produced in line with the statutory deadline and act as the main liaison point between the council and its external auditors. The postholder will be responsible for the management of 3 Finance Managers who look after capital accounting, the closedown timetable and act as the interface between the closing team, the rest of finance and other council departments.
Candidate Criteria
CCAB/CIMA Qualified Accountant with extensive PQE
Experience of leading on the closure of accounts within a Local Authority is essential
Experience of managing high-level processes and supervising senior professionals within a Local Authority Finance environment
