For the fiscal year ended May 31, 2024, we recorded net sales of $7.3 billion. This position is responsible for the execution of financial and internal control audits for RPM International. These audit activities include internal control audits at the majority of the Company's large subsidiaries in support of Management's Assessment of Internal Control over Financial Reporting as well as specific scope financial statement audits at certain of the Company's smaller worldwide locations. In addition, RPM's Internal Audit Department may work on various other projects on an ad hoc basis. The Senior Internal Auditor reports directly to the Manager, Internal Audit during the execution of the procedures described above. This role is expected to travel approximately 20-30% of the year.
