- Close collaboration with creative agencies and designers.
Digital Marketing and CRM -
- Monitor and assign leads from our website and mailboxes.

- Help track and present traffic and click-through analysis related to our web portals, newsletters, email campaigns, social media channels and online advertising.
- Support the tracking, monitoring, and updating of Google AdWords and SEO campaigns, working closely with the digital agency and the digital team.
- Conduct regular audits of portfolio presentations on our website and drive user journeys to maximise lead-generation opportunities.
Sales Enablement -
- Ensure regular dialogue with sales to understand and meet their requirements, monitor industry trends, and identify customer pain points.
- Support the RFP/tender process, providing guidance and compelling sales templates that position us as an industry leader.
- Create and maintain customer testimonials.
- Support regional Marcoms campaigns in the Asia Pacific sales territories, with a particular focus on Japan.
Other Miscellaneous Duties -
- Meticulous proofreading of written materials.
- Occasionally attending events to register attendees, manage logistics, set up and support the Marketing Director.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Skills & Experience Required by the Marketing & Communications Manager:
- BSc/BA or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, marcoms or editorial work.
- Experience with website CMS systems, maintaining and creating web content.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft packages, especially PowerPoint.
- Experience using tools such as SharePoint, Digital design tools, Adobe, WordPress, CRM / Dynamics 365, Canva, and Video editing.
- Ability to present complex technical information in a comprehensive, powerful way.
Desirable Experience -
- Background in the maritime, connectivity or digital solutions industry.

JOB PURPOSE:
As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for sales management of Rust-Oleum Branded products within selected categories to Lowe's. This position will be based in our Mooresville, NC office. Leverage your expertise in the home improvement business and work independently and effectively to grow our business. Maintain strong relationships with all levels and functions within Lowe's and Rust-Oleum to assure category growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Objectively assess each sales opportunity, anticipate the competition, develop and execute a winning strategy that is highly focused on maintaining and growing sales dollars and profit. Build high levels of customer knowledge and grow support for all Rust-Oleum Brands by building deep an understanding of Lowe's, developing relationships throughout their organization, and collaborating with their key executives, staff, and field reps to develop and manage programs that increase our market share and sales revenue across all brand platforms. Become a resource and advocate for Lowe's to grow our relationship and overall business by acting as the central conduit to link all the necessary departments and people internally and externally. Manage the efficient and effective use of all advertising, promotional, and marketing program budgets by negotiating agreements that are in the best interests of the company and planning detailed program and promotional plans with all customers. Prepares and delivers customer specific sales presentations, product demonstrations and develop a working relationship with decision makers.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years sales and account management experience working with big box retail Proven successful sales history Thorough understanding of POS data systems Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of the big box selling environments Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Excellent presentation, computer, and communication skills Self starter able to manage own time, schedule, and sales quota as well as the ability to multitask. Senior Paid Media Executive

Focus of the role: This is a standalone role – as the only person in the business with Paid Media experience you will be the go to in-house expert for all things paid media.
We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive who will be an integral part to our client’s Customer Acquisition Team during a phase of expansion in their B2C enterprise, where acquiring customers is paramount. Your responsibilities will include strategically overseeing and owning a significant budget for your Digital Marketing efforts, encompassing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display Media. You'll report directly to the Customer Acquisition Manager, guiding the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns to drive ongoing refinement and enhancement.
The Role:
Oversee the development and daily optimisation of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns to drive efficient new customer acquisition while maintaining an optimal Cost Per Acquisition.
Identify high-value keywords, target audiences, and creative placements to maximize Return on Ad Spend and minimise CPA.
Regularly assess ad campaign copy and messaging to maximise click-through rates, quality scores, and return on investment.
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to generate and implement retargeting and prospecting audiences based on segmentation.
Produce and distribute comprehensive Key Performance Indicator reports for each Paid Media channel to provide insights to stakeholders, reporting to the Customer Acquisition Manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Identify promotional opportunities, coordinating with Promotions, CRM, and BI teams to design, execute, and evaluate promotional initiatives across channels.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure promotional campaigns effectively drive conversions across channels.
Uphold the integrity of the client’s brand by ensuring all promotional activities across channels comply with industry standards and regulations, conducting due diligence with new media partners or channels.
Ensure compliance with industry advertising guidelines and ASA CAP codes, conducting ongoing audits and quality assurance of creatives, copy, media placements, and promotions across active campaigns.
Cultivate relationships with key publishers, vendors, ad servers, and platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Flashtalking) to stay abreast of new initiatives, technologies, or methods.
Collaborate closely with the User Experience team to implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies aimed at continually improving ROI and performance.
Align closely with the Finance Team to produce regular cost-level reporting and ensure all promotional initiatives remain within budgetary constraints.
Who are we looking for?
Proficiency in managing Paid Search/PPC campaigns, and a good understanding of broader Paid Social. Paid Display experience an advantage from either clients side or agency.
Sound knowledge of effective marketing campaign principles, coupled with the ability to analyse campaign performance and communicate their impact across the organisation.
Track record of successfully managing budgets and delivering positive Return on Ad Spend.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing digital campaigns across various Paid Search platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft Ads) and proficiency in crafting and optimising campaigns on Meta and Twitter advertising platforms.
Experience in both direct and programmatic media buying through diverse platforms.
Proficiency in utilising third-party tracking tools like Google Analytics to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with ad serving technologies, such as Flashtalking.
Understanding of attribution models and the capability to derive actionable insights from multi-touch data-driven attribution tools.
Knowledge of digital advertising regulations and adherence to industry codes of practice, including CAP and ASA guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
