Responsibilities:
Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Create exceptional user experiences, working with our Creative department visually appealing interfaces with target audience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition, and market trends. Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned. Developing strategic plans and innovating roadmaps for key product segments. Driving new product development activities through Stage-Gate product management and market research. Ensuring profitability within the assigned market segments, including supporting the product commercialization process. Experience with SAP is preferred. Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 6+ years of relevant Product (Abrasives preferred), Brand or MRO or Paint & Body Market experience. The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.). When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

The Corporate Project Engineer is accountable for providing capital engineering support within Operations. Support start-up efforts including in person training and documentation. ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Must be capable of operating basic cleaning equipment, including but not limited to, tub washer Plant #1, incinerator Plant #2, vacuum cleaners and hoses, floor buffers and scrapers and all other cleaning equipment. Must adhere to all safety and housekeeping rules. Must adhere to any Quality Process implemented by the Company.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Must have the ability to complete training programs of department, leading to Chemical Operator position. Ability to work without supervision. Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions. Must be accurate in reporting information to Foreman. Must work in a safe, neat and accurate manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Run trash compactor in Plant #2 alley. Keep alley clean. Clean tubs in Plant #1, by hand or by tub washer equipment as required. Pick up rags on a daily basis and store them in proper container. Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies. Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process. Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent. Have the ability to read, write, and speak English and to understand simple math. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must pass lift truck operator's test.
