Liaise with Sales Managers of intention to pass for collection to enable them to speak to their contacts prior to action being taken.
Process all required paperwork prior to passing for collection. Liaise with debt collection agency on a regular basis for updates on debt progress.

The Role
Processing Centre Administrator Dingwall - £23,795.20 per annum - 40 hours per week.

Here are some of the Responsibilities of the role, but no limited to;
Reviewing CCTV images of cars parked in violation of local site rules.
Validate Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) including potential fines versus approved user and exemption lists.
Undertake check-ups of vehicle ownership through the DVLA.
Create and post statutory notification letters to members of the public.
Coordinate of first line appeals and debt recovery to the point of being passed to a third-party stakeholder.
Scan of inbound post from members of the public.
Interpret enabling legislation and codes of practice.
Be the first line for the management of complaints.
Ensure process to apply Discounts and Exemptions are working correctly.
Monitor payment status of Penalty Charge Notices.
Complete Payment Management actions such as Refunds, Transaction Reversals and Redress Payments.
Utilise software programs such as Parkway and FGL.
What youll bring:

To act as a Lead Directorate Manager for Parking Services.
To deliver an agreed vision for the continuous improvement of parking services and controls through achievable annual business plans, strategic direction, the effective management and deployment of staff and other resources and optimising the use of technology to improve customer access and customers’ experience of the service more generally.
To work in collaboration with partners and other organisations
To achieve agreed targets, objectives and outcomes within budget and deadlines
To be accountable for the service and a budget of £9.5m
To be responsible for a team of up to 60 staff, 5 direct staff reports.
Summary of main duties and responsibilities
To deliver parking and related services in accordance with Royal Borough policies, practices and practices, legal requirements and industry standards. These services may include, but are not restricted to:
On and off street parking spaces, related equipment and services
On and off-street parking enforcement
Parking penalty charge processing
Parking permits, visitor vouchers and other forms of paid for parking
Parking dispensations and bay suspensions
Income collection and debt recovery
Development and implementation of the Council’s Controlled Parking Zone works programme
Implementation of new, and amendment of existing, disabled parking bays and other minor parking controls.
To recruit, train, develop, performance manage and lead a large group of staff.
To manage staff that are dispersed across different offices and work locations, including staff operating on their own.
