You will be liaising with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions on a daily basis and provide an excellent client service and support to maintain the firm's reputation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a conveyancing assistant (at least 12 months).
- Knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.

My client based on the outskirts of Manchester are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our expanding Residential Conveyancing department. The successful candidate will work alongside their existing team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the continued success of their firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process.
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work collaboratively with the existing team and independently when required, showing initiative and proactivity.
Maintain clear and open communication with clients, colleagues, and other relevant parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer or equivalent.
