Prepare status reports & technical documentation • Incident resolution – take a proactive role in fault resolution, post-incident analysis & root cause diagnostics • On-site testing & maintenance – conduct substation testing using industry-standard tools to diagnose & rectify issues • Cross-department collaboration – work closely with design, operations & maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of telecoms solutions Candidate Profile: Candidates will be considered from a range of backgrounds but ideally, you’ll have previous experience, ideally gained within an ISP, Network Service Provider, Managed Hosting, Telecom, Technology, ICT, Cloud, Systems / Network Integrator, Utility, Power or similar type of service provider.
