Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist Construction Manager in coordinating final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
