GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Assist in various laboratory tasks, including conducting experiments, analyzing data, maintaining lab equipment, and collaborating with senior chemists to gain practical experience in the field of chemistry.

The Role:
You will manage a varied residential property caseload, dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction using the industrys leading Case Management system.
The role would suit someone who has experience managing a mixed sale and purchase caseload of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload, monitoring and delivering fully against personal targets
- Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines
- Proactively and efficiently manage transaction, whilst managing Client expectation
- Responsible for file from opening through to completion, ensuring that all files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements

- Taking instructions from clients and drafting the necessary legal documents and contracts for each case

Person Specification
- At least 3+ years experience managing a residential property portfolio of cases from inception to completion

General Purpose of the Job:
Provides support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development. The position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of the company, which in this case is Sales, Logistics and Compliance. The scope of responsibility is for Tremco North American operations and beyond as we roll out to other countries; Nurtures and insures the successful use of the application systems tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support under the direction of a Sr Business Analyst and Business Systems Team Leader. Assists with implementation of new SAP modules and new releases of the SAP application software, as well as 3rd party software tools. Provides 1st and 2nd level SAP help desk support. Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software. Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed. Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff. Performs cost vs. benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements. Is actively involved in software and/or functional user groups users. Performs systems analysis, design, configuration and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc. Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes. Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc. Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports; and performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials.
