The hourly rate for this role is: £26.00
The team sits within the Community Based Team with the role predominately to be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the evidence based care required, including health promotion for a named service user/users. You will enable service users to attain a position in which they feel safe and able to take on the challenges that exist for them in the community an establish therapeutic relationships with service users, and the implementation of evidence based therapeutic interventions with appropriate boundaries. As part of this role you will promote carer and service user involvement within the service and for its provision.
