The Role:
As a Commercial Property Associate / Partner, you will be providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in commercial property transactions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Commercial Property Solicitor or in a similar role.
* Experience in various commercial property transactions, including buying / selling properties, security agreements, and property development.
* Qualified in Scots Law.
* Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
* Skilled Microsoft Office, familiarity with Case Management Systems is desirable.
