GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Supports all manufacturing and facility needs by repairing and/or maintaining all equipment necessary to do all jobs. Assists in the installation and startup of new equipment to support all manufacturing and facility needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine and non-routine general/preventive maintenance to ensure machines and business systems continue to operate safely and efficiently, and the physical condition of equipment and buildings do not deteriorate. Respond to manufacturing and facility needs in a safe, timely, and effective manner to minimize production and operations downtime. Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluid levels, and filters. Perform work in a safe manner and follow all shop safety rules. Any other tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma required. One-year certificate from college, technical school, or manufacturing training program preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years maintenance experience. Industrial maintenance is preferred. Experience in 480-volt 3 phase, and high voltage DC electricity preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, and hot work permit. Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment. Effective team player, self-motivated, and a quick learner. Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and effectively. Knowledge of rubber extruders/molding presses is a plus, but not required.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Quality Managers manages the Quality Process to ensure we are effectively meeting our key business metrics and satisfying all customer product requirements. Key responsibilities include Quality, Lean and Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement with responsibility for ISO quality systems and compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all quality related functions in the plant. Act as primary plant liaison with Customers dealing with their processing issues. Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials. Work directly with Corporate and local Purchasing on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor selection and qualification. Manage ISO Quality systems. Lead the lean/six sigma initiatives in the plant. Respond to and report on customer complaints - manage the root cause investigation, corrective action implementation and follow up, and the SAP quality process. Interact professionally and timely both verbally and in writing with customers and sales force. Develop quality standards for raw materials and finished product. Oversee all lab functions and personnel, assuring safety and integrity of those operations. Perform testing on raw materials and finished product as required. Implement material cost saving plans where and when appropriate. Participate in annual budget planning. Assist in all compliance activities, especially HazCom and maintaining SDS system. Other projects/tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Quality, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymer, or Business is required.
EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of experience is required. Experience with chemical batch-making operations and quality programs, such as Lean, ISO, Six Sigma, is required.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Our Dryvit Engineering Intern will work in conjunction with the Plant Manager, EHS Manager and others to support safety, quality, maintenance, and production processes while learning and utilizing our established process tools such as Process Safety Management, Behavioral Risk Improvement and Lean tools including 5S, A3 Problem Solving, Statistical Process Control and Value Stream Mapping and familiarizing themselves with plant SIOP and the implications of forecasting in a seasonal manufacturing cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading small projects for improvement of a process or output. Collecting data for process waste reduction and presenting solutions for improvement. Participating in facility audits and Gemba walks. Preparing Root Cause Analysis reports for incidents as assigned. Assisting in project management of multi-phase projects. Editing or creating piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Driving continuous improvement processes. Generating MPST projects to drive cost savings and improve efficiency. Working alongside plant leadership to identify, document and execute capital expense projects. Conducting and/or participating in meetings, communicating information or collaborating on site-specific projects. Learning and understanding our MS168 process. Interacting with plant staff and senior leaders as part of the daily, weekly, monthly tier meeting cadence.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical or mechanical engineering at an accredited college or university. Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing.

The role of the Technical Sales Manager is to identify, develop and then secure sales. The core skills required will be to be able to take ownership of customer relationships, understand issues that customers are experiencing in the effluent treatment process and then offer cost effective solutions that achieve the discharge consents. It is then key to ensure that these opportunities are developed into sales and then effective handover takes place to the delivery team.
