The Childcare Lawyer Role
To manage and progress a full caseload of Childcare Law matters through to completion
Cases will be related to children’s social care, public law care proceedings, child protection, adoption and fostering and public law duties in relation to children in need and looked after children
To undertake advocacy up to contested hearings
The Person
A qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with a minimum of 12 months PQE within Childcare Law
Experience in dealing with public childcare matters on behalf of a public sector organisation would be essential
Comfortable in undertaking care proceedings when required to do so
