This role is to educate WTI personnel on proper product use application, provide installation training on and off the roof, oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections, and post-completion inspections of smaller projects. The QCS will perform regular job site visits during the project and post-project completion. The goal is to provide consistency across the country with proper roof repairs and application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting. Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-con's on large projects. Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work. Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advise. Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch-list. Perform final inspections when needed. Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation. Qualifications
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or engineering, with an MBA degree an advantage

Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout. Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Facilitate workshops and other activities to improve employee engagement and the overall safety culture of the plant. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. Audit effectiveness of root cause investigation action items Lead, or apply subject matter expertise in support of, RPM/Tremco EHS goals and objectives as requested. Monitor changes in EHS, Process Safety, and Security laws and regulations, assess the impact of the changes on the organization, and develop guidance documents to satisfy new/modified EHS, Process Safety, and Security requirements.

Dealing with the archiving of files and documents and providing advice and support to the other offices on archiving queries and management
Monitor printers and fax machines, replenishing with paper in a timely and routine manner
Monitor stationery levels and advise the Office Co-Ordinator or their nominated deputy as necessary, when stock levels fall
Assist with the opening post, accurately recording receipt of important documents, and ensure correct and timely distribution to the relevant lawyer/team
Act as the first point of contact for office/facilities repair issues in Huddersfield, liaising with and seeking guidance from the Office Co-Ordinator to resolve them
Ensure DX, Royal Mail post is collected/delivered to the post area and/or distributed to the relevant lawyer or department promptly;
Identify unreferenced post
Allocate and distribute inbound faxes and emails to the relevant lawyer/team/department
Answer telephone calls (internal/external) take appropriate messages; and archive completed files

Support the reception team with meeting room management (organising meeting room spaces, providing refreshments, ensuring stationery supplies are maintained in each room, etc)
Continuously look for ways to improve the office support/facilities services to the Huddersfield office and wider firm, suggesting ideas to the Office Co-Ordinator
Comply with the requirements of the apprenticeship programme
Training:The successful candidate will be enrolled on the Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, which is equivalent to 2 A Levels.

To learn and develop skills regarding the use of paint coatings and wallcoverings, gaining an understanding for safety and environmental requirements. They will be able to select, use, maintain and store, paint, tools, wallcoverings, steps, ladders and towers safely
Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to the Lead Painter & Decorator or Health and Safety Manager, any Health and Safety hazards and potential problems observed during the course of his/her normal work.
Report any safeguarding concerns immediately to the relevant people.
To learn to identify the applications for and to use different paint coatings.
To allocate and oversee quality work for the P&D team.
To liaise with suppliers and organise for delivery or collection of materials.
To keep records of work carried out as required and report this to the Deputy Director of Development.
To work harmoniously with other staff, giving assistance when required.
Keep their vehicle in a clean, safe and serviced condition.
Assist moving furniture/equipment when necessary.
Interact with service users, treating them always with respect and dignity.
To behave in a trustworthy and responsible manner and not bring Autism East Midlands into disrepute.

Training:One day per week at Basford College Nottingham, NG8 6AQ for 2 years.

Handle payroll queries from employees and other stakeholders.
Perform accurate and timely completion of routine payroll calculations and other information and be able to perform these calculations manually when required
Keep up to date with key changes impacting payroll including legislation, guidance and payroll software
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Be able to deliver accurate outputs to tight timescales such as weekly and monthly payroll outputs
