Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is a vital cog in the working of the factory. It is based in the production office where all the customer orders for the factory are processed. Working within a team you will liaise across the factory and despatch to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Production Administrator:
Deal with customer quotes and enquires
Sales order processing
Help with despatch paperwork
Work within the team to ensure a smooth service to customers from order to delivery
Answer any customer queries
Liaising with internal teams
Any other administration

As a Senior Nurse your key responsibilities include:
Support the Home Manager with the management of the home, with a particular emphasis on clinical nursing leadership which can involve making critical decisions and managing clinical issues within a person-centred care model
Responsible for the quality of nursing assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure that our residents receive an excellent standard of care
Responsible for leading, motivating and managing your team, actively monitoring and supervising care practices to ensure that high standards of nursing and personal care are met and, where necessary, you will provide clinical guidance and leadership
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Have extensive post-registration experience in leading a care team in an elderly care or related clinical setting
Able to demonstrate continued professional development
A clear understanding of regulatory frameworks
A positive role model, able to work autonomously and, at times, under pressure, with excellent communication and organisational skills
You will understand and manage the complexities of a multitude of clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and wellbeing of our elderly residents
The successful Senior Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.25 per hour and the annual salary is £39,487.50 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

Carry out initial assessments of potential residents, produce individual care plans and support both residents and their families through the process
Responsible for rota planning, employee recruitment and both induction and mandatory training, ensuring that the needs of our residents are recognised, assessed and met where possible
Monitor and manage individual employee performance to ensure standards are upheld, addressing any issues as they arise through the appropriate channels
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous management experience in a multidisciplinary care environment
Experience of leading a team of staff Marketing/Business acumen in a care setting
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Must be able to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to work within strict legislative and financial constraints
The successful Head of Care will receive an excellent salary up to £30,975 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week working day shifts on Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
