We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide specialised support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within our mainstream school environment. Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils with SEN, both within the classroom and in designated support areas.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, either in a school or similar setting.
Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support pupils with diverse needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents/carers.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of all pupils.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to meet the needs of individual pupils.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the willingness to respond to the changing needs of pupils and the school environment.
Relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
An enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance, or willingness to undergo this process.
