An opportunity has arisen for a BIM Coordinator / BIM Technician to join an established architectural practice specialising in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, transport, datacentre and commercial projects, with expertise across architecture, BIM and masterplanning.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £50,000 and benefits. We are seeking two candidates, 1x Junior coordinator and 1x Mid-level coordinator
? Mid-level Coordinator: You will coordinate BIM models, maintain technical standards and support project teams with model quality, information management and best practice.
? Junior Coordinator: You will support BIM delivery, model coordination and information quality under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Junior candidates with limited BIM experience but good construction knowledge will also be considered.

Desirable Experience:
Experience using Revit
Familiarity with LogiKal software (highly desirable)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites on occasion
